not yet. uk is pretty much like aus, i reckon. i am living in liverpool suburb, a town called west kirby. you can wikipedia it for more details

yeah of course not big, the whole country is no bigger than guangdong province lol. i am staying here coz my hubby is english and we hv decided to settle down here. why won't u choose uk?! i find it better than china in many ways though.
hv been here 4 abt two months.

no wonder ur eng is that good ur hubby is local eng native speaker

i found many international families hv language problems, normally husband 's native speaker while wife just speak little simple eng. u can imagine how hard for them to live togather

me neither. some friends of mine prefer to find a gf who speaks no english coz they can appreciate each other better from a DISTANCE. i dunno. well i think the only way to maintain a healthy relationship is to communicate. i always like to mingle with my english friends and hubby's family and i always go "this in china""that in china", and they find it fascinating to learn so much about china and they are so amazed at the dramatic changes china is undergoing. it is the cultural collision that works its magic

regarding the weather in uk, the best thing i like is the niceness and coolness. not humid and sweaty like huizhou. not too much rain here in northwest england, could be different in the south though. but sometimes it gets too cold even in summer!! its a shame i dont get too many chances to wear my sexy tops here

i can only comment on english people coz i only stay in england and know little about people in scotland or wales.

after all, american culture is quite popular here, so is it in china.
